  1. Who is the E-commerce Formula Store addressed to?

    It is addressed to end consumers. If you are an italian dealer and you want to start working with Formula, please send an email to the following address: lmorganti@formula-brake.it
    If you are foreign dealer, please get in touch with your local Formula distributor.

  2. Is it necessary to be registered to the website to have possibility to make an order?

    No registration is requested. You will just have to enter into the website and follow the further instructions.

  3. How can I process an order?

    It is easy. Once you select the desired item, just add it to your cart; select the desired quantity.
    At this point you can either choose to:

    -terminate the order by clicking on the “checkout”,
    -come back to the main menu and continue shopping by using the “keep shopping” button and add more items to your cart

    after the termination of the order you will be requested to insert your personal data and then pushing the button dispatch the order will be definetely processed.

  4. I cannot find the MY2010 products. Why?

    If you are not able to visualise the MY2010 spare parts, it means that in your country an authorised distributor is appointed. You are kindly request to check the distributor’s list under our website and please get in touch with them directly to get the 2010 spares.

  5. Is there a way to know the production year of my brake?

    To know the production year of your brake, just check the code written on your caliper and master cylinder and insert it in the proper research field in our Formula Store website. It will appear your caliper or master cylinder with complete list of spare parts available.

  6. How can i get to know the right spare part code that i need?

    Inside our website under download section you will find the exploded view of each single brake.

  7. Is VAT included in the prices indicated on the webstore?

    Yes, all the prices indicated are inclusive of VAT 20%

  8. It is necessary to be the owner of a Paypal account to pay my order?

    No, it is not necessary.

  9. Website payments realised with Paypal are completely certified and sure?

    Payments processed with Credit Card or trough Paypal both are completely sure and certified.

  10. My personal data are completely secured and treated as reserved?

    Yes, the sensible data are protected with our privacy law

  11. Once the order is processed, am I still able to cancel it ?

    Once the order is processed,you have 24 hours time limit to cancel the order.
    You will have to send an email to our address: e-commerce@formula-brake.it, with a cancellation request.
    Your order will be cancelled and you will get reimbursed.

  12. Can I service my brake by myself to replace a spare part?

    No, it is recommended to appoint to a mechanic to grant the maximum performance and affidability from your brake.

  13. How can I use the warranty of my product?

    If you need to have your brake serviced under warranty:
    - if you are foreing resident, please get in touch with your local distributor
    - if you are italian, please send an email to lvillano@formula-brake.it to get an authorisation code to send the brake to Formula for inspection.
